3. Product Descriptions and Handmade Items
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, materials, and other product information. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, materials, or the handmade nature of certain products.
Handmade products may have minor variations in appearance, shape, texture, or finish. Such variations may be part of the handmade character of the product and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

4. Prices, Offers, and Product Availability

6. Payments and Prepaid Discounts

Prepaid discounts, where offered, apply only when the order and selected payment method satisfy the conditions displayed at checkout. Discounts are not guaranteed on every product or payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made according to the instructions provided by the delivery service at the time of delivery.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of successful order placement, subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and operational conditions.
The estimated delivery date shown on the product page or during checkout is an estimate and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances.
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to the origin, the applicable refund will be reviewed after the shipment status is confirmed. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 days after the return is confirmed and the refund is approved, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.

8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, subject to the order status and applicable cancellation conditions.
Once an order has been dispatched, the standard cancellation option may no longer be available. If you no longer wish to receive a dispatched order, you may refuse delivery, subject to the applicable shipping and refund process.
We may cancel an order or an individual product if it becomes unavailable or if suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially unauthorized activity is detected. If payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable policy and law.

9. Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility and the applicable return window are specified on the relevant product page. Products marked as non-returnable are generally not eligible for standard returns, subject to applicable law and the exceptions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible returns, the product must be returned in its original condition with the supplied accessories and packaging. Customers must provide the return reason, clear product images, and a description of the issue when submitting a return request.
For claims involving damaged, wrong, or missing items, an unboxing video may be required under our published policy to help verify the claim. This requirement will be applied subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 days after the applicable return and verification process is completed. The time taken for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
